PKC-beta I Specific Peptide

This peptide sequence (661S-Y-T-N-P-E-F-V-I-N-V671) was used to make the Anti-PKC-beta I (Human) antibody (PK15). It is a distinct region of protein kinase CbI C-terminal Sequence: NH 2 -C-S-Y-T-N-P-E-F-V-I-N-V-COOH. Will compete with the anti-peptide antibody in Western blotting for confirmation of the PKC specificity of the antibody binding.
