Product Overview
CYPerior enzymes are engineered ancestral P450s that exhibit improved properties such as thermal stability, solvent stability, and unique substrate and product profiles.
Each is available coexpressed with native human P450 Oxidoreductase (hCPR) or with an engineered P450 Oxidoreductase (CPRmod). These enzymes are useful for pharmaceutical lead diversification, scale up synthesis, and biocatalysis.
CYPerior CYP2ABGS is the ancestral form of the CYP2A, CYP2B, CYP2G, and CYP 2S families and is coexpressed with the modified P450 Oxidoreductase.
