Porcine Pancreatic Elastase, Immobilized

This immobilized elastase is useful in cleaving substrate proteins such as PAI-1. The immobilized elastase cleaved PAI-1 between the P3 and P4 residues creating a loop-inserted species that is not inhibitory to uPA and tPA.
